This old truck
The story behind the poem
This poem is about everlasting LOVE, DEVOTION, AND
MOSTLY ABOUT UNDYING FRIENDSHIP. When I write my poems
they have a dual meaning. I am not really writing about a truck but
about undying friendship. I write in simple words so everyone can
understand the true meaning of my poems. I believe The greatest poet
was our LORD. He taught THE WORD OF GOD IN SIMPLE POETRY. Example:
With people all things are not possible. With God everything is
possible. Jesus said: Say to the mountain cast yourself to the sea. It
will be done, if you only believe. He wasn't talking about the
mountain, but about our problems. We can overcome our problems if we
believe in God. He taught the word of God by using a dual meaning.
Another example: A rich man asked JESUS, How do I get to heaven? JESUS
said: You must give up everything and follow me. The rich man couldn't do that and he walked
away.
JESUS turn to his disciples and said: It is easier for a camel to go
through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into heaven.
WHY?
A rich man has lots of possessions. The camel hasn't any possessions.
He wasn't talking about the camel but about the rich man not giving up
all his worldly possessions.
THAT IS WHY I WRITE THE WAY I DO.
THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS.
