Lover's grip
The story behind the poem
Sometimes we should just
appreciate the moments we have had and not try to make them something
more than they are. That is basically what this poem is about. We cannot
assume what other people think or feel, but be aware of what things
actually are, because when we assume, a lot
of stress is created. This poem is about my stress from assuming too
much.
Understanding that other people might have different motivations for
their actions, can go a long way in preventing intrapersonal conflict!
