I must change
The story behind the poem

I just am feeling incomplete at this time in my life. I want so badly to cut the straps of financial restraint and break free. Free of the restrictions I now feel I fear on a daily basis. My "unhealthy choices" refers to the addiction of Marlborough cigarettes and Ritalin which allows me to focus on this session or moment in my life.
