As life moves swiftly onwards

As life moves swiftly onwards
Keep one commandment still:
Submissively yet joyful,
Bear sunshine or bear ill.

The times bring many changes;
Life’s hard road yet may bend;
But you must stride it bravely
Your whole life to the end.
