The story behind the poem
This is a poem I wrote to the love of my life. Before
I met her I wasn't at all romantic and I really didn't think I'd
feel this way about someone. I would probably have made fun of my
friends when they were being romantic. I didn't write poetry before
I met her, but I just needed some way to express my feelings to her.
So I decided to write a poem for her and this is it. Love you Anna
