If only...
I will make
you strong when you feel weak
I will be the inspiration behind every single heartbeat
I will be the helping hand that pulls you back upon your feet
When you feel hungry, I shall be the food you eat
Even when I am gone I will always be so near
When you feel scared I will take away your fear
When you feel angry I will calm and soothe you
When you feel hurt I will be your pain relief
When you feel tired I shall help you sleep
I shall be the oxygen that will make you breathe
I will give you all the love you need
When you feel down I will give you hope
I shall always be there for you when no-one else is around
If your heart is broken I will mend it piece by piece
I will wipe away your tear before it falls upon your cheek
I will be the spirit that you feel deep down in your soul
I will show you respect and appreciation
I shall value your true worth
I shall be your destiny to make your life complete
I will do all these things for you, and so much more
If only I could have you back again
In my life once more ..............................
