Clueless Grandma
The story behind the poem
Way back in Africa while my grandmother was still
alive, she would sometimes forget who we were - her children and
grandchildren. We didn't know of such a thing as Alzheimer's disease so we didn't
really know what was wrong with her. We thought it was just old age
which in some ways it is, but we were clueless of the whole thing and
so was she.
